I think a lot of us are wondering if you could post a demonstration of a VO guy working with 'Mikey' and iPhone. Or maybe even better, the Alesis Pro Track? It gets tiresome in the airport explaining why I have a 'shotgun' in my bag! Thanks! -Pat
Hi Pat:
I know, the shotgun mic at security is an annoyance, but I don't yet know of a way to equate the sound of a 416 microphone with a ProTrack's built-in mic or Blue Mikey. While those other systems will get you by for last minute auditions, they won't give you acceptable quality for a job. Now, plug a 416 into a ProTrack and you've got something.
