Members receive priority response times over other customers. That means we'll get to your emergency faster! Typical response times range from within a few minutes to a few hours.
ALL members receive 15% off the hourly service rate for the duration of your membership with ERS.
You'll also receive access to our exclusive Members Only web page, which is chock full of useful tips, tutorials, articles and user guides. Our Tuts on Demand will be accessible to you as well, absolutely FREE.

We can control your computer (with your permission only, of course!), and guide you through a sticky spot far easier than ever could be done by telephone alone. You'll save more time, get your problem resolved fast, and on much shorter notice than waiting for a technician to come to your studio.

Includes the following support: Unlimited* phone, email, text, chat, or remote computer access.
Plus we'll make one maintenance visit (up to four hours) per 3 month subscription period to ensure your studio is running perfectly. We'll take care of software updates, making sure your computer is running the optimal version of the OS and it's applications. (No more guesswork whenever Apple tells you to update your OS!) Anything that you'd like improved or adjusted that we can handle on the spot will be taken care of, as well.
