ERS Membership Plans

 

As a voice actor with a home studio, you rely on your equipment to meet your clients' needs. A technical problem at the wrong time can sometimes cost more than just one session.  You need access to the best possible support ASAP.   Our Membership program covers your studio support needs with one flat annual or monthly fee.  

 

  • Members receive direct access to George Whittam's support.  We've also assembled a team of experts to backup George when he's tied up with another person at the time of your emergency.  
  • Our membership plans give you access to the support you need, when you need it.   Never hesitate to call again when there's just a "tiny" issue driving you crazy that we can help you fix remotely.  Keep your studio running like a well-oiled machine.  
  • Members receive priority response times over other customers.  That means we'll get to your emergency faster!   For some of you, less than one hour is what you require to make a deadline, while others may be OK with a reponse within one day.   
  • Scheduled Quarterly Tune-ups catch problems before they start.  George will remotely test all of your systems and update software appropriately.    
  • Our exclusive Studio Profile service means we'll maintain impeccable records of your studio's equipment, serial numbers, configuration, settings, and software versions.   This way one of our technicians can assist you efficiently with the right information, in case George can't be reached quickly enough.
  • Our Tuts on Demand videos will be accessible to you as well, absolutely FREE.  You'll receive access to exclusive Members Only content, chock full of useful tips, tutorials, articles and user guides.
  • We'll confirm all your important files are properly stored and backed up.  If they aren't we'll put a procedure in place that is easy and reliable. 

 

 

Sapphire Membership


Includes the following support:

Unlimited* phone, email, text or chat, and remote computer access.  We can control your computer (with your permission only, of course!), and guide you through a sticky spot far easier than ever could be done by telephone alone.  You'll receive support within 24 hours, but in most cases much faster.  

*during office hours only, 10:00AM - 6:30PM PST Monday-Friday

$150/month with auto-renewal for 1 year contract term

$1500/year no auto-renewal, saves you $300/year!

  

Diamond Membership


Includes everything Sapphire Members receive plus the following:

You'll have unlimited remote support, and for those in the Los Angeles area**, unlimited ONSITE support as well!  

 

$250/month with auto-renewal for 1 year contract term

$2500/year no auto-renewal, saves you $500/year!

 

*during office hours only, 10:00AM - 6:30PM PST Monday-Friday

**Hollywood studio zone (30 mile radius), additional travel time outside zone


Emerald Membership


Includes everything Sapphire Members receive plus the following:

You'll have unlimited remote support over extended hours of 8AM to 10PM PST, Monday through Friday, and weekends by appointment.  A site visit by George Whittam once a year, almost anywhere in North America!  George will keep you running year-round and give you less than one hour response time on all support calls.   In fact, when you call in to our 24hr answering service you'll be patched directly to George in most cases. When you schedule your annual visit George will give your studio a complete tune-up, including major OS upgrades, any studio upgrades, system tests, and more  (materials and licenses additional at discounted prices).  

 

$400/month with auto-renewal for 1 year contract term

$4000/year no auto-renewal, saves you $800/year!

 

 

Ruby Membership


Includes everything Diamond Members receive plus the following:

You'll have unlimited remote support over extended hours of 8AM to 10PM PST, Monday through Friday, and weekends by appointment.  Unlimited site visits by George Whittam in the Los Angeles studio zone.  George will keep you running year-round and give you less than one hour response time on all support calls. In fact, when you call in to our 24hr answering service you'll be patched directly to George in most cases. George will give your studio a quarterly scheduled complete tune-up, including major OS upgrades, any studio upgrades, system tests, and more  (materials and licenses additional at discounted prices).  

 

$500/month with auto-renewal for 1 year contract term

$5000/year no auto-renewal, saves you $1000/year!
