You'll need to start with either a phone call or an in-person visit from George so your needs can be properly evaluated. If you're in the greater Los Angeles area, George can come to you! However, it's best just to start with a phone or Skype consultation. That way, if and when you should decide to have us setup your studio, George can bring most everything you'll need to get recording right away to the very first visit. That saves you time and money!
There are no one-size-fits-all solutions, especially when acoustics and sound proofing are concerned. Whichever way you decide to go, our goal is to help you record your voice-overs at home in the easiest way possible, while still creating broadcast sound quality that wins a gig and keeps it!

STEP 1: Purchase A First Consultation Support Credit

In the Los Angeles area and want to start off with an on-site consultation?
George will personally come to you, assess your needs, measure the space, and in some cases, leave you with the ability to record auditions immediately!
Purchase two hour support credit for $300

STEP 2: Schedule Time with George

Click Schedule a meeting, the button looks like this:
In the Meeting subject, place your full name and short description of need.
In the Meeting location, if it is a remote session choose "Remote" . If it is on-site, please enter your address.
Choose the Meeting duration, based on the service you require
Under Message, give some information about your potential recording space, Windows or Mac, and anything else you'd like George to know before you talk.
Click Step 2: Add participants, the button that looks like this:
Enter your email address, first name and last name.
Click Step 3: Propose times, the button that looks like this:
Navigate around the calendar and propose at least two options for the consultation appointment. It has a little paint roller and you just click and drag to paint an appointment on. For example, roll over as much time as you have free that day and it will give all options for a 30 minute appointment during that time range.

You need to confirm your email address before we can send your meeting invitation. Please check your email and click on the confirmation link.

STEP 3: Install TeamViewer
If you need Mac or Windows support, please download and run TeamViewer QuickSupport before your scheduled support session. Don't waste your valuable time during the call getting it running!
TeamViewer QuickSupport for Windows
Just click the link above and choose "Save" not "Run" when prompted, and the save the file someplace you can find it. After download completes, double click on the saved file and run the installer. After installation completes, TeamViewer will be located in your Program files of the Start menu.
TeamViewer QuickSupport for Mac
Just click the link above and save the DMG file to somewhere you can find it, such as "Downloads" folder or Desktop. Once the download completes, double-click on the TeamViewerQS.dmg file and drag the TeamViewerQS application icon to your Applications folder for future use.

You'll need to create a user account on our website first, if you haven't already.
If you already have a home studio you need to improve, please send us your audio samples here for evaluation.
Service Policies
100% Money Back Guarantee on all services for 30 days. If you have any trouble with something directly related to the service we provided, we'll come back and fix it free of charge.
Regular business hours, 10:00AM to 6:30PM PST Monday through Friday
Any service outside of those hours will incur a 25% surcharge.
All house call services billed at a minimum of 2 hrs.
Travel time billed only one direction.Services rendered on Saturday is billed at time and one quarter rate (1.25x).
Services rendered on Sunday is billed at time and a half rate (1.5x).
Overtime billing (1.5x) will be charged for services calls extending beyond 8 hours.We do not charge a "rush" fee because we consider every service call urgent in this business.
All materials and equipment purchased for the client is marked up at a standard rate of 20%. This margin covers the time and expenses incurred to research, locate, and procure materials to meet the timing needs of the project.
Client will incur a 20% restocking fee for materials refused or returned.
Clients will only receive a written estimate for services if one is requested. Clients must make payment for equipment in full to initiate any project. Labor charges are billed at the completion of the project unless otherwise stipulated.
