Most cost effective solution is to move your mic as far from the computer as possible.  Whether than means moving your mic into a closet, or your computer, depends on your situation.  If your computer fan seems to run all the time, it could mean you have too many things running and it is overloading.  Close any application that is not necessary to record.  Web browsers are a major culprit, especially when a web page with anything Flash is running, such as Youtube.
